Hinter QrowTech steht ein Entwickler, kein Konzern. Das heißt: Sie sprechen mit dem, der die Software geschrieben hat. Keine Warteschleife, keine Ticketnummer, keine dritte Ebene.
Der Sitz ist Südtirol. Die Programme sind auf Deutsch, Italienisch und Englisch verfügbar und berücksichtigen, wie hier gearbeitet wird — von der elektronischen Rechnung bis zur Zweisprachigkeit.

Behind QrowTech is one developer, not a corporation. That means you talk to the person who wrote the software. No queue, no ticket number, no third tier.

FibuFlow
Angebote, Aufträge, Lieferscheine und Rechnungen an einem Ort. Dazu Kunden, Artikel, Projekte und Auswertungen — ohne dass man sich durch Menüs graben muss.
FibuFlow läuft als Programm auf dem Rechner oder im Browser. Ein Einzelplatz braucht nichts weiter als die Installation; mehrere Arbeitsplätze teilen sich eine Datenbank im Haus oder auf einem Server.
Was der Betrieb darüber hinaus braucht, kommt als Modul dazu — Lagerverwaltung, Dateiverwaltung, Projektraum. Bezahlt wird, was benutzt wird.
Weitere Programme sind in Entwicklung. Sie entstehen aus derselben Überlegung: lieber ein Werkzeug, das eine Sache gut kann, als ein System, das alles halb kann.

Erst zuhören. Bevor eine Zeile Code entsteht, geht es darum, wie im Betrieb tatsächlich gearbeitet wird. Die meisten Programme scheitern nicht an der Technik, sondern daran, dass sie einen Ablauf erzwingen, den es so nicht gibt.
In Schritten liefern. Statt ein halbes Jahr zu entwickeln und dann zu zeigen, gibt es früh etwas Benutzbares. Was nicht passt, fällt auf, solange es noch günstig zu ändern ist.
Ihre Daten bleiben Ihre. Kein Zwang zur Cloud. Wer seine Daten im Haus behalten will, behält sie im Haus. Wer einen Server will, bekommt einen — auch den eigenen.
Direkter Draht. Sie schreiben dem, der das Programm geschrieben hat. Bei einem Fehler gibt es keine Weiterleitung an die nächste Ebene.

Listen first. Before a line of code is written, the question is how the business actually works. Most software fails not on technical grounds, but because it forces a workflow that does not exist.
Deliver in steps. Rather than developing for six months and then presenting the result, there is something usable early. What does not fit shows up while it is still cheap to change.
Your data stays yours. No forced cloud. If you want your data in-house, it stays in-house. If you want a server, you get one — including your own.
Direct contact. You write to the person who wrote the program. When something breaks, there is no handover to the next tier.

Prima ascoltare. Prima di scrivere una riga di codice si guarda come si lavora davvero in azienda. La maggior parte dei programmi non fallisce per motivi tecnici, ma perché impone un flusso di lavoro che non esiste.
Consegnare a piccoli passi. Invece di sviluppare per sei mesi e poi mostrare il risultato, c’è presto qualcosa di utilizzabile. Quello che non va emerge finché è ancora economico cambiarlo.
I tuoi dati restano tuoi. Nessun obbligo di cloud. Chi vuole tenere i dati in azienda li tiene in azienda. Chi vuole un server lo ottiene — anche il proprio.

Aus dem Handwerk und der Spieleentwicklung — mit kurzem Draht zu beiden.
Über mich
Mein Weg führt über das Handwerk und die Spieleentwicklung zur Unternehmenssoftware. Beides hat etwas hinterlassen: das Wissen, wie in einem Betrieb tatsächlich gearbeitet wird — und der Anspruch, dass sich ein Programm gut anfühlen muss, nicht nur funktionieren.
Aus der Zeit im Handwerk sind Kontakte geblieben. Wenn es um Aufmaß, Abrechnung oder Abläufe auf der Baustelle geht, frage ich Leute, die das täglich machen. Was in FibuFlow landet, ist mit jemandem besprochen, der damit arbeiten müsste.
Diese Rückkopplung fehlt vielen Programmen. Sie sind von Menschen gemacht, die nie in dem Betrieb gearbeitet haben, für den sie gedacht sind — und niemanden fragen konnten.
Daher der Anspruch: keine Schulung nötig, keine Funktionen, die niemand benutzt, und Begriffe, die im Betrieb auch so heißen.

My path to business software led through the trades and through game development. Both left something behind: an understanding of how a business actually works — and the conviction that a program has to feel right, not merely function.
Contacts from my time in the trades remain. When it comes to measurements, billing or site workflows, I ask people who do it every day. What ends up in FibuFlow has been discussed with someone who would have to work with it.
Many programs lack that feedback. They are made by people who have never worked in the kind of business they are meant for — and had nobody to ask.
Hence the aim: no training required, no features nobody uses, and terms that are called the same thing on site.

Il mio percorso verso il software gestionale passa dall’artigianato e dallo sviluppo di giochi. Entrambi hanno lasciato qualcosa: la conoscenza di come si lavora davvero in azienda — e la convinzione che un programma debba essere piacevole da usare, non solo funzionare.
Dal periodo nell’artigianato sono rimasti i contatti. Quando si tratta di misurazioni, contabilizzazione o flussi in cantiere, chiedo a chi lo fa ogni giorno. Quello che finisce in FibuFlow è stato discusso con qualcuno che dovrebbe usarlo.
A molti programmi manca questo confronto. Sono fatti da persone che non hanno mai lavorato nell’azienda a cui sono destinati — e non avevano nessuno a cui chiedere.
Da qui l’obiettivo: nessun corso necessario, nessuna funzione che nessuno usa, e termini che in cantiere si chiamano davvero così.
